  Only getting 2stars because wehave had many good years ofgood treatment. However… never inour life have wemet someone asrude asJessica onthe desk, the last 3visits tohandle our accounts she has been nothing but difficult towork with, while making passive agressive comments. She obviously doesn't belong incustomer service. Our accounts may beleaving soon. Only saving grace was Diane she was empathetic and eager tohelp.

  I can honestly write, Ihave not had any negative issues with this bank.
  Yes, they are slow attimes,but, they get the job done.
  Yes, only adrive -upATM, which Ifind tobe safer and convenient, especially inbad weather orlate atnight.
  I've exchanged currency there/here, without any problem.
  Any time I've called the branch, someone answers the phone and provides helpful solutions.
  This has been mybank for many years and will continue with them for many more.

  This bank has the worst customer service. They say they will help but they DON’T. The phone rings more than 10times before they answerit.. the tellers are pleasant but the managers are never available and NEVER return acall. Don’t deserve 1star but can’t write areview w/o arating!!

  TD Bank isgreat, just not thisone. This isthe least convenient and most irritating TDBank I've beento. Everytime. The ATM always has issues, and the employees are onthe slower side, though very nice.

  I think it's ridiculous that there isonly one ATM atthis whole location and its outside ina Drive-Thru!! There isno ATM inside the bank orin the hallway. it's awaste ofspace tohave only one physical ATM atthis location. Very disappointing especially when there's along line for one ATM and inside..

  Degenerate and incompetent staff! People ofcolor beware, waited 20minutes tohave mycheck cashed from another TDBANK member with verified funds available. “Staff” overly questioned meand still refused togive memy money and said they would deposit itinstead. Staff then decided they couldn’t helpme. Will bereporting this issue further.

  Incompetent Branch Manager. Icurrently have abusiness and personal relationship withTD, but Iwent into open asecond business checking account for anew venture I'm pursuing. Itold them Ihave anLLC setup with acorporate address and all the documents are available ifneeded. But wehaven't opened our first location, aswe will need topay our Franchise Fees and other preliminary costs toopen the business. Iwas told Icannot open anaccount here since the business wasn't opened, andthey need tosite verify that the business actually exists. Sowhat doyou dowith LLCs that are created tobuy anew business; any legal adviser would say tosetup anLLC prior toopening orstarting abusiness venture? What doyou with online companies? How can someone open abusiness without anaccount topay any bills?… – show

  Foreign currency exchange. Imade atransaction from usdollars toeuros. 22days later the bank calls meand tells methey over paid meand Ineed topay them $50. Idon't have the receipt and with the exchange rate changes everyday it's disconerning. Going forward Iwill not being using tdbank for any exchanges. Iam baffled that Ihave topay for the tellers/computers mistakes almost amonth later. Ido business and Ihave undercharged clients inthe past and ate the cost. Inever called them atany point after the transaction expecting them topay the difference. Iwill never dobusiness thatway. I'm very sadden Ihad abad experience here asI have been banking here since Iwas ateenager. Icaution everyone considering using Tdbank for foreign currency exchange, todo the math atthe time ofand double check everything.… – show
